Natural colours inspired by the colours of fruit, designed to work with sugar paste, royal icing, cream cheese, sponge cake, cakes. They can also be used in drinks, jellies, jams, ice cream and many other water-based products.

Main methods of usage

Before colouring, add the colour into a small amount of mass, mix thoroughly so that there are no colour particles – you can use a mixer or a silicone spatula. Then put into the rest of the mixture. Keep in a dry and shaded place, as they are sensitive to light and moisture.

Technical advices
