Main methods of usage
Metallic powder for quick and impressive decoration of surfaces and masses: cakes, creams, jellies and gels, praline molds, chocolate, marzipan, and sugar decorations. Due to its fine, pearly powder form, it can be applied manually with a brush or used with an airbrush. It creates a satin pearl effect. It is also used for decorating alcohols and drinks.

Technical advices
Powdered colours, including metallic ones, can be used wet as paints – by mixing with water or alcohol (not with spirits). When used on oily surfaces, alcohol should be used – the alcohol will evaporate, leaving a shimmering powder. Water or alcohol can also be added for decoration using an airbrush.
