Freezer spray for chocolate, confectionery decorations and isomalt decorations. Accelerates the cooling of decorations and allows you to instantly cool surfaces for further work. Perfectly harmonizes with suede spray – Velvet Spray. Irreplaceable when combining chocolate elements!
Main methods of usage
Freezer Spray allows you to combine chocolate elements, decorations and chill the surface before further decorating, so it is indispensable before applying suede spray.
Before use, shake vigorously, then press the atomizer to the maximum and apply a thin layer from a distance of 15-20 cm. The kit comes with two tips: one with a sessero gas jet (for application to large areas) and one with a hose (for spot cooling).
